Automated Reporting Pipeline

Overview

The proof behind the positioning: a reporting pipeline where no human touches a spreadsheet. Marketplace order data flows through n8n on a schedule, lands clean in BigQuery, and surfaces in the Nusantara Shop dashboards — always current.

Problem

Most dashboards die because the data behind them is updated by hand. The goal: design a pipeline where extraction, cleaning and loading are fully scheduled, so the dashboard is trustworthy by default.

Process

• Extract — n8n workflows pull order exports from each marketplace on a daily schedule.
• Clean & shape — normalize SKUs, dedupe orders, and map fees per channel inside the workflow.
• Load & visualize — write to BigQuery, with Looker Studio reading directly on top.

Results

Reports that used to take a half-day of manual exports now refresh themselves overnight. The Nusantara Shop e-commerce dashboard runs on this pipeline as its live output.
